Joy Careers is a Jobs Focused Social Enterprise meaning we create fluid employment programs designed to create PAID employment opportunities for diverse youth. Joy Careers are passionate partners with corporate and community using our 5 Step Career Development program as a Blue Print and promoting corporate + community partnerships to create employment opportunities within diverse spaces. Within 2022 we are moving our programs into bicycle repair, construction, digital creative, hospitality and horticulture.
