Career Development Counselling + Complex Careers Case Management services for NDIS clients provided by a qualified team with over 30 years experience within disability and employment.

We build teams of support around our clients with complex needs to reach the employment goals they wish to achieve. We LOVE a challenge and are always here to advocate for any employment or training scenario that our clients wish to achieve.

  • Qualified Career Development Counselling 
  • Providing interest lead careers advice and exploratory activities
  • Developing self aptitude building activities and experiences
  • Discussions of job tailoring and employer advocacy
  • Collaborating with Allied Health professionals
  • Securing Inclusive Employers and liaising our clients needs
  • Providing mental health support and awareness
  • Conducting stakeholder meetings with supports to ensure a collaborative approach to achieve goals
  • 1:1 Workplace Support services

  • NDIS clients with an interest in gaining entry into employment/or training
  • NDIS clients looking to transition from supported to open employment
  • NDIS clients requiring support within employment and/or training
  • NDIS clients requiring advocacy to reach employment and/or training goals

NDIS Funding

This program is funded by Capacity Building “Finding and Keeping a Job, Lifelong Learning or Daily Activity” or Core and is open to participants aged 14+. Joy Careers chooses to work with only PLAN or SELF managed participants at this time.
