As a Social Enterprise when you work with Joy Careers, you are working with Career Development Specialists with a Social Purpose. We are committed to not only improving the lives of our clients but to also redistribute a portion of our time and profits into increasing mental health awareness, inclusivity and diversity within the Corporate landscape.

Our Vision

Joy Careers believes that placing inclusivity at the forefront of our decisions in business can lead to widespread community change.

Joy Careers will be utilising its status as a Social Enterprise to network and provide FREE INCLUSIVITY + ADVOCACY  training to corporates who wish to invest in improving employment opportunities for young people in line with our core mission statement of inclusivity, diversity and community.

Meet our Founder

Our Founder, Belinda Joy Osborne, is passionate about creating opportunities for young people. As a Youth Careers Expert + Social Entrepreneur who also happens to be neurodivergent Belinda prides herself in creating opportunities for diverse individuals whilst promoting a sense of community and change.

With 16 years of experience within the Careers and Training industry, Belinda has the knowledge, experience & motivation to break down barriers and lead our social enterprise alongside the corporate network to spearhead change at an executive level.

Belinda is a Qualified Career Development Counsellor with a Graduate Certificate in Career Development Counselling and is a proud member of the Career Development Association of Australia’s Queensland Committee.

Belinda has an extensive history of facilitating employment programs for young people, working with government funding and networking to create better opportunities and share her foundations to support Gen-Z and Millenials in reaching their career joy.

Belinda has a colourful history within the Employment landscape, having left high school early herself and living her early teen years as a self proclaimed “rebellious ratbag” she believes in the underdog, understands her clients and advocates for true equality and opportunity to be created for everyone.

Belinda believes that her greater purpose is to use these skills to build a brighter future based on inclusion, diversity & advocacy. A true human rights advocate and champion of social change with a deep rooted passion for diversity within senior roles, true equality, intersectional feminism, indigenous, refugee and humanitarian issues it is Belinda’s wish for Joy Careers to be a driver for change and a true creator of opportunity for those who need it most.
